The scene which Priyamani covers her head, when Ajay Chandran (Anoop Menon) came to hospital, is really great. Some scenes from the film are really heart touching. She is a gift to Malayalam as well as Indian cinema. She should do more Malayalam films and no words to express her. She looks so cute in the first half, and her acting talents were revealed in second half, she deserved National award. Priyamani, woow, what a awesome performance from this young actress.
Prithviraj is excellent in this movie, especially his voice, dialogue delivery and screen presence. Without a superstar label, Anoop had done his role brilliantly.
RAJAMANIKYAM EINTHUSISA FULL
The performance of Anoop Chandran is excellent and director Renjith get full credit for that. The screenplay of the film is simply awesome.Īnd about the film, all characters of the film had done their roles beautifully.
RAJAMANIKYAM EINTHUSISA HOW TO
He knows how to tell a story, his narrative skills are awesome, and he needs special applause for his attempt. Renjith is back with a bang, after a drought for half a decade. This film is a homage to Srividya, the Malayalam actress who passed away recently. It is one of the finest movies ever made in Malayalam. Strictly speaking about the film, it can be expressed in one word "EXCELLENT".
RAJAMANIKYAM EINTHUSISA MOVIE
I saw the movie from Jos Theatre, Thrissur. Thirakatha is directed by Renjith starring Prithviraj, Anoop Menon, Priyamani and Samvrutha Sunil in lead roles. It had got the best ever opening for a Malayalam film. Verdict : This film had got all chances to become another blockbuster. Hats off to Major Ravi and his battalion for doing this tedious job in a wonderful manner. It raises the patriotic feeling for each and every Indian. This is one of the best war films ever produced in the country, and after seeing this film, it reminded me of the film "Border" which is a great war movie. This is the place where he kept his attention in keerthichakra. Mohanlal is explaining a plan in malayalam to his senior Non-Malayalis, after Mohanlal's speech they congaratulate him. Here I want to point out a serious error made by the director. Some dialogues like " I prefer to give my life rather than pointing gun to my 13 dead soldiers sir" was greeted with great applause. Kurukshetra gives a lot of message to the viewers, like India-Pakistan friendly relation, and it tried to bring out the causes and consequences of Kargil war. But some actors / actresses were not up to the mark, especially Manikuttan and the heroines. The flag meet with Pakistan soldiers was also good. These was received with a pindrop silence. Some scenes were heart touching - Biju Menon's death and Oru Yatra Mozhi song, the death of squadron leader Ajay Singh etc etc. The croud started applauding for each dialogues of Mohanlal. The war scenes were taken in perfection, hats off to the director and cameraman for this great job. I had seen many films recent times, but I was disappointed with the climax of these films. However minutes before interval, the film got thrilling, with some punch dialogues from Mohanlal, that really touched our heart.Īnd saying about second half, Mohanlal at his best. Mohanlal had nothing to do in the first half. The first half reveals mainly with the life, hardships and sufferings faced by a soldier.
It was treated by great applause by the audience, which I hadn't seen recent times. After his introduction, the film starts gearing. The film started off dedicating the film to those who had lost their lives during the Kargil war.Ībout the movie, the first 20 minutes had some lag. Oh, this time Laleetan's name displayed in screen just like Rajini style. The show started earlier, and the fans started enchanting. I reached Shornur at 9.30 pm, but i was really excited to see the crowd and the electrifying atmosphere. The main highlight of the film is that most of the film was shooted in Kargil warfield, which is one of the highest warfield in the world. After a long wait, the film released in a 113 theatres, which is a record in Malayalam film. May this be created a hype among the fans.
Kurukshetra, the Mohanlal-Major Ravi film after Keerthichakra, was under some troubles during these days.
